Subscribers can use their Apple Watch® to ensure valuable vaccines, samples or items remain at the correct temperature during storage or transport along their cold chain. It’s been what many customers have been asking for and what the Traceable® team delivered. Not only was the Apple Watch integration added to the latest upgrade but also voice notification escalation, enhanced compliance with the Vaccines for Children Program (VFC), and performance and speed improvements for the TraceableLIVE mobile app for Android® and iPhone.
Voice notification escalation allows users to set up a phone message for out-of-range conditions to mobile and landline phones. It’s easy to configure from the Escalations Menu. Ideal for high importance notifications, the feature is available for use by TraceableLIVE Premium subscribers.
Enhanced compliance with the Vaccines for Children Program is another useful added feature. Now users can generate a summary report of recorded minimum and maximum temperatures and total time out-of-range (if any), and alarm settings. Users can output secure PDF files as additionally required by some states. It is easy to download CSV files from all Traceable® Excursion-Trac™ data loggers and upload USB data from Excursion-Trac data loggers to the TraceableLIVE cloud.
In addition, performance and speed improvements to the TraceableLIVE mobile app provide a more efficient experience for all subscribers.
